Returns, exchanges & complaints

When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules and guidelines for e-commerce.

Exchange for another item / goods

Switching to another item is free shipping. Email us atin nfo@hangtensurf.com with information about:

2. Change to which item.

We send a QR code via email which you show at a postal agent. The postal agent then prints a return label which you paste on the package for return.

When we have received the return, we will send out the new item free of charge.

Note that the product and also the packaging must be in substantially unchanged condition. Ie unused and not damaged.

Exchanges can be made with the same value or cheaper. If the item is cheaper, the difference will be refunded to the same type of payment that was used at the time of purchase.

NOTE! If the price has changed on the item you intend to exchange, the price you paid at the time of ordering applies. So we do not price match and do not refund any difference if the product you have changed now costs more or less.

Return item / goods

Return of goods (ie not exchange) paid for by the customer himself . Email us atin nfo@hangtensurf.com with information about:

2. If we are to send a shipping note (NOTE! Cost SEK 79) or if you solve the shipping yourself.

We send a QR code via email which you show at a postal agent. The postal agent then prints a return label which you paste on the package for return.

When we receive the item in return, a refund will be made within 5 working days. Please note that at high load, return handling can take up to 14 days.

NOTE! It is very important that you write a telephone number that we can reach you during the day if we have any questions regarding your return.

Returned goods must be unused and in new condition, this also applies to packaging.

For all communications regarding exchanges / returns / inquiries, write your order number as a message subject in the email to us.

Warranty / Complaint

Any guarantees or complaints must be notified via email info@hangtensurf.com before return. Returns may not be made until an agreement with Hang Ten has been reached. In some cases, a photo may suffice, which means that we want a correspondence before the warranty case starts.
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and if you want to read more about the rules that apply, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations in the event of a dispute.

Refund

Credit card purchases:
If you return an item that you purchased via credit card, you do not need to send with an account number as the refund will be made to the same account that was used at the time of purchase.

Uncollected packages:
You have 14 days to pick up your package at the delivery point. If you do not pick up the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, we deduct SEK 300 for shipping and administrative fees on the amount you will receive back.
