Returns, exchanges & complaints

When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules and guidelines for e-commerce.

Change to another item / items

Exchange for another item is free shipping. Email us atinfo@hangtensurf.com  with information about:

1. Reason for the change.

2. Change to which item.

Use the DHL return shipping slip (attached to the package) and submit the return to the nearest DHL representative.

If the return label is missing from the package, send us an e-mail atinfo@hangtensurf.com then we will help you.

If it is an exchange, it is free shipping, in the case of a return, shipping including admin etc. costs SEK 79 according to our delivery conditions.

When we have received the return, we will pay back the amount as soon as we can.

When exchanging, you place a new order in the web shop, then you will receive the new item faster and ensure that it is still in stock.

Note that the product and also the packaging must be in essentially unchanged condition. That is, unused and undamaged.

ATTENTION! If the price has changed on the item you intend to exchange, the price you paid at the time of ordering applies. Therefore, we do not match prices and do not refund any difference if the product you have exchanged now costs more or less.

Return item / items

Return of product (i.e. no exchange) is paid by the customer himself and costs SEK 79 in shipping and admin fee . Email us atinfo@hangtensurf.com  with information about alead to the return.

Use the DHL return shipping slip (attached to the package) and submit the return to the nearest DHL representative.

If the return label is missing from the package, send us an e-mail atinfo@hangtensurf.com then we will help you.

Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be made as soon as we can.

ATTENTION! It is very important that you write down a phone number that we can reach you on during the day if we have any questions regarding your return.

Returned goods must be unused and in new condition.

For all communications regarding exchanges/returns/requests, write your order number as the message subject in the email to us.

Warranty/Complaint

Any guarantees or complaints must be notified via email info@hangtensurf.com before return. Returns may not be made until an agreement with Hang Ten has been made. In some cases, a photo may be enough, which means that we want to have a correspondence before the warranty case starts.
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and if you want to read more about which rules apply, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations in the event of a dispute.

Refund

Credit card purchases:
If you return an item that you purchased via credit card, you do not need to send an account number as the refund is made to the same account that was used for the purchase.

Packages not collected:
You have 14 days to pick up your parcel at the delivery point. If you do not collect the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we deduct SEK 300 for shipping and administrative fees from the amount you will get back.
